Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program

The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program supports the Minnesota National Guard Family Programs' mission by connecting soldiers and their families with resources throughout the deployment cycle.

Family Preparation Academy (FPA)

• • Conducted the quarter prior to mobilization
  • Provides resources for service members and their families

Family Reintegration Academy (FRA)

• • Conducted the quarter prior to demobilization for family members only
  • Prepares families for reintegration

Initial Demobilization Site Event

• • Completed by Family Programs and select service providers
  • Connects service members with service providers to assist in reintegration

Post 1 Reintegration

• • No earlier than 30 days and within 180 days of demobilization
  • Provides crisis resources and resources for immediate needs

Post 2 Reintegration

• • Within 1 year of demobilization
  • Provides lifestyle and steady state resources
