148th Fighter Wing conducting military training exercises June 1-2, 2019

June 1, 2019 (DULUTH, Minnesota) — Residents in northern Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan may hear increased flying activity on Saturday from early morning until the late evening hours; all jets are expected to land by midnight. Increased flying activities will resume early Sunday morning through midafternoon. Residents near the 148th Fighter Wing may also hear alarms or sirens during this time. The exercise will be complete on Sunday afternoon.
